HOW TO PLAY
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We’re committed to selling a high-quality product that you’ll enjoy using.
However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you must return the item to us unused and in its original condition and packaging within 14 days for a prompt exchange or refund.
To inform us that you are returning an item, please email email@example.com. If an item is faulty, defective, or has parts missing, we will happily replace or refund the item and your postage costs in returning it to us. The item must be returned within 14 days of purchase.
You will then either be sent a replacement item at our expense, or issued with a full refund (including postage and packaging) on the credit or debit card with which you paid, depending on what you have requested. This does not affect your statutory rights.
If you change your mind, you must return the item unused and in a perfect, and re-saleable condition (including product packaging, instructions, etc) within 14 days. If the goods do not reach us in a perfect and saleable condition, and in their original packaging, then your right to a full refund may be affected.
Banter Board Games are not responsible for any additional costs incurred by the customer in this instance; you will not be refunded with the costs of postage and packaging and the item must be returned at your personal expense. If returning by post, the parcel and its contents are your responsibility until they are received at our Distribution Centre. The cost of returning the goods is at your expense.
This does not affect your statutory rights. We recommend using a registered postal service and retaining the proof of postage as we may require signed proof of delivery. Banter Board Games is not responsible for returned goods being lost or damaged in transit.
